Cancellation and Refunds

Payments made to embassies, immigration authorities, examination bodies, airlines, insurance companies, banks, document-authentication agencies and other third parties are governed by their respective cancellation and refund policies.
Professional or service charges paid to Visayas Education Private Limited may become non-refundable once counselling, application processing, documentation, university coordination or visa-support work has commenced.
Refund requests must:

- State the applicant’s full name and application details

Approved refunds may be subject to deductions for:
